Candy Cane Calamity
4th graders completed a STEM activity. They had to design and build a package to protect two candy canes from breaking when dropped from 7 feet. The materials they had to work with were 4 cotton balls, 4 straws, 2 rubberbands, 2 pipe cleaners, 2 Dixie cups, and 12 inches of tape. There were 3 groups that saved their candy canes from breaking!
